This service ("CineMatch AI") is operated by Nitish ("we", "us", "our"). Nitish acts as the data controller for personal data processed through CineMatch AI.

  • Service data: watchlists, ratings, viewing preferences, recommendation history, prompts you submit.
  • Support data: messages and attachments you send when contacting us.
  • Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, log data, pages viewed.
  • Cookies: essential cookies for authentication and session management.

Payment card details are collected directly by our reseller Paddle and are not stored by us.

  • Customer support (contract performance / legitimate interests).

  • Service providers / subprocessors: hosting, database, analytics, and AI model providers.
  • Merchant of Record: Paddle.com Market Ltd. handles the sale, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing for our products.
  • Professional advisers: legal and accounting advisers, where necessary.
  • Authorities: where required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
